Our inspection trips are a delight - a relaxed mini holiday with time to discover and enjoy the special culture and fascination of Italy.
We make sure that this experience is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. All arrangements are made by us on your behalf and double-checked.
Your guide will have a thorough knowledge of the area and the properties available. He will spend as much time with you as you require and will be able to answer your questions.
There will be no hard sell sales people and no pressure to buy. We want you to enjoy your stay.
INSPECTION TRIPS INCLUDE:
- Transfers between airport and hotel
- All transport to development sites
- 3 to 4 days accommodation in good quality hotel
The costs of 4 days hotel accommodation and transport with our guide is paid by us.
We will be pleased to book flights on your behalf.
The nearest airport to our developments is Lamezia and there are direct flights from Stansted. Flights from Stansted by Ryanair depart early morning. Clients from Ireland, Scotland or Northern England may first fly to Stansted the previous day and spend one night in a hotel. There are several hotels including Holiday Inn Express (2 miles from airport) and a Travelodge (9 miles from airport).
Ryanair also fly from Dublin to Lamezia via Milan.
Flights to Rome or Naples are available from main European airports. There are hourly flight connections to Lamezia and an excellent train service.
The best way is to fly directly to Brindisi (or Bari) in Puglia from London (Stansted) with Ryanair, or from Gatwick to Bari with BA.
Otherwise, Alitalia Fly to MILAN and ROME (FUI) from main European airports and there are connections to Bari throughout the day.
The nearest airport is Pisa about 1 hour from the resort. Regular morning flights are available through Ryanair from Stansted to Pisa, return the following evening.
There is often limited availability of the properties offered and in the present buoyant market the availability changes daily. You therefore may wish to reserve your preferred property by payment of a deposit of £2000. This deposit secures your chosen property to avoid disappointment.
