Our inspection trips are a delight – a relaxed mini holiday with time to discover and enjoy the special culture and fascination of Morocco.
You will get a feel of the area, visit the beach and golf club, view properties of interest, meet the team, meet the locals and sample the local cuisine.
We make sure that this experience is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. All arrangements are made by us on your behalf and double-checked.
Your guide will have a thorough knowledge of the area and the properties available. He will spend as much time with you as you require and will be able to answer your questions.
There will be no hard sell sales people and no pressure to buy. We want you to enjoy your stay.

Easyjet flys to Tangier from Luton-change in Madrid.
An alternative is to travel via Málaga. There are numerous cut price flights to Málaga from most UK airports. We can provide transport from Malaga by car to Algeciras then by ferry to Ceuta and through the border to our resorts. The cost of this transfer including ferry is £ 99 per person return.
Which ever way you choose to travel all clients who purchase will offered £ 200 per person cashback by the developer to offset travel costs.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT - This is optional.
There is often limited availability of the properties offered and in the present buoyant market the availability changes daily. You therefore may wish to reserve your preferred property by payment of a refundable deposit of £2000. This deposit will be refunded in full if you do not buy. It enables the promoter to take your chosen property off the market until after your inspection trip.
We have been in business long enough to know that not everybody buys (although most do) but we trust that your trip will be at least a pleasant and interesting experience.
