Qualification:

Qualification for a mortgage may vary depending on the bank providing your mortgage. Generally it is based on a third combined net monthly salary must cover your new monthly Italian mortgage payments, and all long term debts at home.

Mortgage costs:

Application Fee: 250 euros
Valuation Fee: Initial valuation €320, then €100
Any other fees: Annual Management fee €50
